المشكلة كانت إن أي تسريب مياه فوق الرفوف يعني خسارة أكبر من الحريق نفسه. الحل كان غاز NOVEC 1230 للغرف مع شبكة ما قبل التشغيل مزدوجة التفعيل للممرات، وكشف مبكر بالشفط.The risk was that any water over the racks would cost more than the fire itself. The answer was NOVEC 1230 in the halls, a double-interlock pre-action network in the corridors, and aspirating early detection.

ثمانية مواقع بخطوط طهي مختلفة. اتعمل مسح لكل جهاز على حدة عشان توزيع الفوهات يكون مظبوط، وكل موقع اتربط بقطع تلقائي للغاز والكهرباء.Eight sites with different cook lines. Every appliance was surveyed individually so the nozzle layout would be right, and each site was tied to automatic gas and power shut-off.

تخزين سوائل بكميات كبيرة يعني الماء وحده مش كفاية. اتنفذ نظام رغوة AR-AFFF بخزان مثانة مع مونيتورات ثابتة، وشبكة رشاشات علوية لباقي المساحة.Bulk liquid storage means water alone is not enough. An AR-AFFF foam system with a bladder tank and fixed monitors was installed, with an overhead sprinkler network covering the rest.

برج مكاتب — تحديث منظومة الإنذارOffice tower — alarm system upgrade

المنظومة القديمة كانت تقليدية ومش قادرة تحدد مكان الإنذار بدقة. اتحولت لنظام عنونة كامل على مراحل ليلية، فالمبنى اشتغل عادي طول فترة التنفيذ.The legacy system was conventional and could not pinpoint an alarm. It was converted to a fully addressable system in night phases, so the building stayed operational throughout.

غرفة مضخات حريق لمجمع سكنيFire pump room for a residential compound

الشبكة القديمة كانت ضغطها بيقع في الأدوار العليا. اتركّبت مجموعة مضخات جديدة (رئيسية + احتياطي ديزل + جوكي) مع لوحة تحكم، والضغط بقى ثابت على كل الأدوار.Pressure on the upper floors was dropping on the old network. A new pump set was installed — main, diesel standby and jockey — with a controller, and pressure is now stable across every floor.

حماية غرف لوحات كهربائيةElectrical switchgear room protection

خمس غرف لوحات جهد متوسط. الغاز النظيف كان الاختيار الوحيد لأن أي مياه هناك معناها خروج المحطة من الخدمة، واتعمل اختبار إحكام لكل غرفة قبل التسليم.Five medium-voltage switchgear rooms. Clean agent was the only viable option, since any water there takes the substation offline. A room integrity test was run on each room before handover.

أربع مبانٍ بمسارات إخلاء طويلة. اتحدد مواقع الصناديق حسب أطوال الخراطيم الفعلية مش حسب الرسم، فما بقاش فيه نقطة بعيدة عن التغطية.Four buildings with long escape routes. Cabinet positions were set from actual hose lengths rather than the drawing, so no point is left outside coverage.
